Matthew Schneider is a creative entrepreneur—a business owner and full-time producer—with over twenty-five years of experience in the arts and entertainment industry. Matthew specializes in the development and production of new works for the live stage. 

As co-founder of Creative Endeavor Office, with Carolyn D. Miller, Matthew is a Lead Producer of the Drama Desk-nominated Lizard Boy—an original stage musical which has garnered critical acclaim in award-winning productions throughout the United States, United Kingdom, and Off Broadway. Matthew and Carolyn are also developing and producing Reunion, a franchise of interactive shows which use music, spectacle, humor to unite audiences in a ritual of nostalgia and celebration.

In addition to his work as a producer, Matthew works as a creative consultant, dramaturg, and story designer. Prior experiences includes production dramaturgy for Allegiance (Broadway), associate direction for Memphis (National Tour), and numerous Off-Broadway productions. Matthew is an alumnus of New York University and the Commercial Theatre Institute and his professional associations include the League of International Producers (UK), National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT), Lincoln Center Theatre’s Director Lab, the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas (LMDA). Matthew approaches his work with curiosity, rigor, and a collaborative and innovative spirit. He is passionate about developing and producing the work of diverse artists and using the power of art and entertainment to create positive impact on culture and the world.
